The company has senior management with over twenty years experience of working across the children’s and adult social care sectors. This does enable ‘Future Aspirations Care Group’ to be a complete service user focused organisation,

with implicit understanding of the intricacies and complexities of all legislative and regulation requirements.

Adult Care

Our adult services are fully compliant with CQC registration requirements with a focus on maximising the potential of all adults who we support, to live safe and fulfilled lives and to live life without limits. Our ethos is to “work with, work for” adults with learning disabilities to live their life, their way.

Children’s Care

Our children’s residential services are Ofsted registered and our focus is working in a trauma informed way with young people, acknowledging that this can impede and disrupt a young person’s emotional and behavioural development during their care journey and into adulthood. At Future Aspirations Care Group, we want to redress that balance of mitigating their adversity in an evidence based way in order to maximise the potential of all young people in our care. Our focus is to ensure young people in our care are properly equipped to meet the challenge of adulthood; negotiating health relationships, vocational education and entry into the employment market.

Mental Health

Future Aspirations Care Group have an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse that is commissioned to work across our services in order to provide clinical mental health assessments, risk assessments, crisis and safety planning.

We work with local services and stake holders in order to ensure that our young people and adults have access to the full raft of available services and opportunities open to them, to ensure they live fulfilled lives and to ensure they are protected from harm.
